Tonight you said it is recommended to sleep on your back. I find the comment rather simple-minded I have heard this all my life.People who sleep that way think it’s possible for everyone else. But it is not. I don’t know if it is a talent or just the way God made us. I have tried all my life to sleep on my back because I know it’s better for you,but I have never been able to do it. The minute I roll over on my side or stomach I fall fast asleep. Maybe it’s a blessing as well as a curse.People who can’t fall asleep on their backs never fall asleep while driving. Then again traveling on an airplane would be a lot more restful.
