Simply buy a (big) bottle of inexpensive Balsamic Vinegar and pour the whole bottle into a saucepan. Allow it to reach a boil…then turn down the heat and simmer the vinegar for 10-15 minutes, stirring. You can stir in a bit of honey if you’d like now. Then after it has REDUCED in volume by HALF, you’re done! It’s THAT easy!! Use it on Salad, Dip your Bread in it, Drizzle this lovely Balsamic Reduction on Fish, Parmesan Cheese or even Strawberries!
