My wife Cat could be the hardest working woman in town!
She started her own food truck all while caregiving for an elderly local businessman and raising our 2 children.
She also tends to chores on our farm raising pigs, chickens & ostriches.
And, Cat has a huge garden that she cans & preserves.
Now she has turned her food truck into a real restaurant this last October “Mean Lew’s BBQ”!
She continues to work hard waking up at 4am & working till past 10pm. All while putting up with me & our 2 kids. She’s the hardest working woman or man for the matter I know.
