I would like to nominate my coworker Kristal for the Star Woman of the Week. She had just started a new position with us at WATCH Resources when her world was turned upside down by the passing of her father. Only a few weeks later, she was faced with even more challenges as her family continues to go through a very difficult time.
Through it all, she has remained strong, showing up to work every day with courage, kindness, and a willingness to give her best to those around her. She doesn’t let her struggles define her—she continues to smile, support her coworkers, and bring positivity into the lives of the people we serve.
